How to operate it!
There are two switches, one "black" is for the voltage meter to see the battery voltage
andthe other is the "green" power potentiometer rotary switch.
To operate the device,you will need to turn right the potentiometer switch.
You can use "dimmable" and "low curent" consumption Ε14 led lamps
1.5watt to 3watt, AC 120v or 220v.
The "blue pcb terminal" is also an "input power" for the charger module to charge the battery.
You can use any DC power like is a "solar panel" with characteristics of 5 volts / 1A.
If the device "does not work", you will need to charge it.
You do not have to put out the battery and put them in a wrong "polarity" way.
This will "destroy" the battery charging board! There is no reason to remove the battery.
Τhe battery are have big "capacity", So if the battery are discharged "empty",
you will have to wait for "some time" until it recharges.
First charge over 10 hours. This way the battery will be fully activated
When the "RED led" lights up on charger module means it charges the battery.
When the "BLUE led" lights up on means that the battery is charged.
